I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Researcher (Oberassistent) at ETH Zürich!
I continue working in the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Group on developing and conducting the next generation of thermo-mechanical and surface processes numerical models.
1st October 2022

I had the pleasure and privilege to give an invited keynote presentation at the 16th Workshop of the International Lithosphere Program Task Force Sedimentary Basins:

The 2022 Ada Lovelace workshop, previously known as International Workshops on Mantle and Lithosphere Dynamics, is co-organized by ETH Zürich and Eotvos Lorand University, Hungary, and will take place at the Ensana Thermal Hévíz Health Spa Hotel in Hévíz, Hungary. The meeting is co-sponsored by the European Geosciences Union (EGU), the International Lithosphere Program (ILP) and the ETH Zurich.

A new project of Biogeodynamics has been kicked off in 2019 at ETH Zurich. The International Lithosphere Program has approved our proposal to establish a Task Force for 2021-2025 “Bio-geodynamics of the Lithosphere” to move this science forward.

From 01/11/2019 I am working at ETH Zurich at the Department of Earth Sciences, Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Group. I have been awarded an ETH Postdoctoral Fellowship for the research: Influence of surface processes on the thermal and subsidence anomalies in frontier basins: a coupled stratigraphic-thermomechanical modeling approach.
